Developed by the Foreign Policy Association in 1954, the Great Decisions Discussion Program is the largest and longest-standing world affairs program of its kind. Any individual with an interest in expanding his/her knowledge of international relations as well as engaging in active discussion of crucial global issues is welcome.

About the Instructor: Born in Boston and graduated from Boston College, Paul Carroll began his career with Chrysler Corporation and then worked for about thirty years with Eastman Kodak in sales, marketing, and business development. After retiring from Kodak, Paul did business development consulting in Washington for MCC, an Austin, Texas-based business consortium. Paul lived in Annapolis area from 1975 until moving to Easton twelve years ago.
