ALL Course: Who Wrote Shakespeare?

Did William Shakespeare, the man from Stratford, write the Shakespeare plays and sonnets? Or was it someone else? Someone with a powerful motive to expunge his name from his works? This lecture presents the evidence for and against Shakespeare as the actual author, as well as the evidence for and against the current leading contender –a man who dangled the survival of England in the stroke of a pen. The audience is invited to consider both sides of this hotly debated issue and reach their own conclusions.
