Docking at CBMM

Welcome Boaters!

CBMM is pleased to provide members at the Mariner Level and above with docking privileges.

cmlogo200Our members-only marina is open every day and offers 40 slips with electric, pump-out, climate-controlled showers, and other amenities including bicycles, picnic areas and tables, use of gas grill, ice on premise, and more.

Advanced reservations are accepted in the order they are received, with restrictions on holiday weekends and festivals, as noted in our updated 2016 Boater’s Guide.

Please call the Dockmaster at 410-745-4946 or email dockmaster@cbmm.org to make your reservation. On the day of your arrival and as you are approaching the harbor, please contact us via VHF Channel 16 or by phone for your slip assignment. For evening or early morning arrivals, please make prior arrangements with our Dockmaster during Museum hours.

Check-in time is 12noon, with a check-out time of 11:30am. Slips can only be assigned at the time of your arrival to best accommodate as many vessels as possible; specific slips are not guaranteed.

A CBMM membership is required to use our marina and its facilities, and can be purchased or renewed at the Welcome Center upon your arrival.

Supporter Level members and above receive a coupon for free docking on the second night of a visit once per year, in addition to one free pump-out. Coupon is not valid holidays or festivals.

Overnight Docking

Mariner Level members and above may make use of overnight docking facilities at these rates:

Sunday through Thursday $1.75 per foot with a $50 minimum

Friday through Saturday and Holiday weekends $2.50 per foot with a $75 minimum

Single 30 amp $11 per night

Twin 30 amp or single 50 amp $16 per night

Single 100 amp per metered use rate

Pump-out station $5/pump-out

Amenities include climate-controlled showers, bicycles, picnic areas and tables, use of gas grill, and more.

Hourly Docking

Free hourly docking is available from 9am-2pm and is offered only to CBMM Household Level members and above. Availability is limited at “G” dock on a first come, first served basis. Hourly docking requires authorization and slip assignment by the Dockmaster via radio on VHF Channel 16 upon approaching the marina. Dinghy Docking

Available to CBMM members provided they check in at the Museum Welcome Center upon arrival and upon leaving campus. See Boater’s Guide for location and more information.
