Visiting Vessel: Sunset Sail aboard Lady Maryland

Join this Sunset Sail aboard Lady Maryland on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 5-7pm presented by Living Classrooms Foundation in partnership with the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. This is a perfect way to end the day after CBMM’s OysterFest, which runs 10am-4pm that day. The vessel will also be open for deck tours during the festival.

Enjoy a relaxing evening on the world’s only pungy schooner Lady Maryland. Help the crew raise the sails and navigate the boat. Learn some local history and relax while enjoying the sounds and activity on the water. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.

Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. Tickets non-refundable.

During the April to November sailing season, the Living Classrooms historic ships offer unique hands-on sailing adventures for students, youth groups, and adults from all over Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. A portion of the ticket sales will directly support our educational programming for local school groups in Baltimore and throughout Maryland.

Visitors with limited mobility will be accommodated as best as we can. Due to its historic design, this vessel is not ADA accessible below decks.
