With vaulted ceiling, large windows, and double doors that open to a deck overlooking Fogg’s Cove and the Miles River, this intimate waterfront setting provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable event.

Van Lennep Auditorium accommodates 70 people for a seated dinner and 150 for a cocktail party. The venue also contains one of CBMM’s rotating exhibition galleries.

Small Boat Shed

Small Boat Shed

This structure, previously a freight terminal owned by the Baltimore, Chesapeake & Atlantic Railway Company, was disassembled in nearby Claiborne in 1933 and rebuilt in a new configuration here, next to the St. Michaels Packing Company’s cannery, on the end of Navy Point.

The Small Boat Shed houses CBMM’s fleet of historic small craft in a rustic setting. It accommodates 100 seated reception guests, or 200 standing.
