On Tuesdays in September and October, CBMM will host Yoga on Navy Point with instructor Colleen Morrison.
ST. MICHAELS, Md., Aug. 17, 2023 – Evening yoga classes are set to return to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum’s Navy Point this fall.
On Tuesdays in September and October from 5:30–6:30pm, instructor Colleen Morrison will lead participants through a mixed-level vinyasa flow class on CBMM’s waterfront campus.
Participants are invited to bring their own mats, props, and water. In the case of inclement weather, class will be held the Small Boat Shed or Van Lennep Auditorium.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. A RYT 200 certified instructor, Morrison strives to teach classes that balance challenge with accessibility and loves bringing new yogis into the fold.
Morrison found yoga more than fifteen years ago as an outlet to relieve stress and anxiety. Now, she is passionate about bringing the benefits of mind-body-spirit connections to a broader community.
