Rising Tide After-School Workshop: Makers Market

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until May 15, 2025
Rising Tide is an after-school program for students in grades six through nine. Students will learn project design and development, team collaboration, tool management and use, and workshop safety through the building of a unique, student-led project. No experience necessary.
This is the Thursday winter session, which runs seven weeks from March 20 through May 15. (Please note that there will be no Rising Tide on April 17 during spring break.) In our Makers Market, students become entrepreneurs as they identify a problem, design a solution, build it, and test it. All new project possibilities that may utilize woodworking, leatherworking, engineering, or more!

Cost: The Rising Tide program is generously supported by CBMM’s donors. At registration, families may select the level of financial program support that would most benefit their family to ensure their child is able to participate in the program.
