Join seasoned dancers Dr. Jean-Pierre Laurenceau and Maria Melendez in the Van Lennep Auditorium on Friday, May 1, for a high-energy, two-hour salsa dance class featuring live demonstrations and step-by-step breakdowns. The first 75 minutes focus on footwork, rhythm, and partner mechanics, followed by social dancing to put your new skills into practice. No partner is required as we rotate frequently, though fixed couples are welcome. This moderate-intensity workshop is perfect for all fitness levels—come ready to build your confidence on the floor.
