Join instructor Colleen Morrison for Yoga on Navy Point! Experience the wide-ranging benefits of yoga in this all-levels class surrounded by the peaceful sights and sounds of the Miles River with Thursday evening classes this spring on May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28, June 4, June 11, June 18, and June 25.
Participants are invited to bring their own mats, props, and water. In case of inclement weather, class will be held in the Small Boat Shed or Van Lennep Auditorium. No experience is necessary!
About the instructor: An RYT 200 certified instructor, Morrison aims to teach classes that balance challenge with accessibility and loves bringing new yogis into the fold. Morrison found yoga more than fifteen years ago as an outlet to relieve stress and anxiety. Now, she is passionate about bringing the benefits of mind-body-spirit connections to a broader community.
